1. 购买的表盘没有同步到 Apple Watch，怎么办？
- 请确认 iPhone 已与 Apple Watch 正常配对。
- 请确保蓝牙已开启，网络连接正常。
- 在 BBQEwatch App 中再次点击「发送到手表」或类似按钮。
- 如多次尝试仍失败，请通过邮箱联系支持并附上截图。
2. 我已购买项目，但在 App 中找不到？
- 请确认使用的是购买时所用的同一 Apple ID。
- 在 App 内的设置页面中尝试「恢复购买」。
- 如果问题仍然存在，请通过邮箱联系我们，并说明购买时间和大致金额（不要发送银行卡/密码等敏感信息）。
3. 应用内购买无法完成或一直在加载？
- 请确认您的网络连接稳定（建议使用 Wi-Fi）。
- 如果您正在使用代理或 VPN，尝试暂时关闭后再次购买。
- 重启 App 或重启设备后再次尝试购买。
- 如依然无法完成，请截图错误提示，通过邮箱联系我们。
4. 如何申请 Apple 的退款？
应用内购买的退款由 Apple 统一处理，开发者不能直接退款。您可以通过 Apple 官方页面申请退款：

Quick FAQ (English)
1. My purchased watch face is not showing on Apple Watch.
- Make sure your iPhone is paired correctly with your Apple Watch.
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled and the network connection is stable.
- Open BBQEwatch and tap “Send to Watch” (or similar button) again.
- If the issue remains, please contact us via email with screenshots.
2. I cannot find my purchases inside the app.
- Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Use the “Restore Purchases” option inside the app settings.
- If it still does not work, email us with your approximate purchase date and order details (do not send card numbers or passwords).
3. In-app purchase keeps loading and never finishes.
- Please check your internet connection (Wi-Fi is recommended).
- If you are using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it temporarily.
- Restart the app or your device and try again.
- If it still fails, send us a screenshot and a brief description via email.
4. How can I request a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple.
